Procurement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Acro Aircraft Seating. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day order book, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a solid understanding of MRP/ERP systems, procurement processes, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills, able to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the order book, ensuring timely delivery of materials and maintaining high-quality standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and delivery terms
- Monitor and control procurement costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
