We are looking for an experienced Diagnostics Expert to join our team at Northampton Business Directory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle inspections, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect Vehicles: Conduct MOT tests and perform comprehensive inspections to identify any defects or issues that may affect vehicle safety and performance.
- Fix Mechanical Issues: Utilize strong mechanical knowledge and skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring vehicles meet regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: A proven track record as a Diagnostic Technician/MOT Tester is essential for this role.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to diagnose complex issues.
- Workshop Skills: Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools in a workshop environment is necessary.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift heavy items as required during inspections and repairs.
Estimated Salary Range
This role offers a competitive estimated salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
