Job Summary

Fieldcal is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the maintenance and repair of our equipment are completed to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our equipment on-site with customers.
  2. Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits.
  4. Collaborate with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions.

Requirements

  1. Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment which includes Telehandlers.
  2. A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  4. Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
  5. A valid driving licence.
