As our new Sales and Account Management Director, you will be responsible for taking us to the next level. Your key objective will be to drive revenue growth by optimising our sales and onboarding funnel, improving our CAC:LTV ratio through analysis of our sales cycle and onboarding journey.

You will also lead the account management function, accelerating the way customers move through our marketplace-based scaled AM model. This will involve helping the team expand our business with clients in a profitable way, managing blended margin targets dependent on brand, platform, and customer mix over a 12-month operating period.

About this role

  • You have experience running a Business or Business unit, ideally within the food delivery industry.
  • You've previously run high-performing Account Management teams and understand Sales.
  • You're a master with data and can run detailed analysis to drive insights and decisions.
  • You have experience building strategic relationships with large enterprise clients.
