Established Mortgage Adviser Role

Mortgage Advice Bureau, a leading mortgage broker and network, is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Adviser to join their team in Kent.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser with a strong background in whole of market mortgage broking and estate agency experience. As a Mortgage Adviser, you will be responsible for providing expert mortgage advice to clients and working closely with the sales teams to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert mortgage advice to clients and ensure they receive the best possible mortgage solutions.
- Work closely with the sales teams to generate leads and appointments.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes in mortgage regulations.
What We Offer:
A competitive employed package, with the potential to earn £45-50,000 + per annum once established. A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established and respected mortgage broker, with a strong reputation in the industry.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Mortgage Adviser with a strong background in whole of market mortgage broking.
- At least 12 months of experience in the estate agency sector or a demonstrable sales background as a Mortgage Adviser.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.
