Rolling Stock Technician Lead

**Job Description:**
In this role, you will work as a Rolling Stock Technician Lead in our Lincoln location. Your primary responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks on rolling stock, ensuring all necessary checks are carried out, and identifying any issues that require further attention.
**Salary Range:** The estimated salary for this position is £30,500 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Ensure the safe operation of rolling stock by carrying out regular checks and reporting any issues found.
- Collaborate with colleagues to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in the training of new technicians to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
**Requirements:**
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a mechanical engineering environment.
- Possession of relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., NVQ 3).
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
**Additional Information:** PPE will be provided when required on site.
