Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Leisure Receptionist to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm welcome for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests and members
- Manage the reception desk and ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
