Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of high-voltage engineering solutions
- Manage a team of engineers to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- PhD or MSc in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in high-voltage engineering, with a strong focus on design and management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum
