Requirements:

A full driving license would be advantageous due to the rural location, although not mandatory.
The ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and their families.
A genuine passion for working with vulnerable adults, coupled with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding.
Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to pursue one, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional development.
Experience supporting individuals with challenging behavior, learning disabilities, and mental health issues is highly desirable.
