Kent PLC Job Overview:
Kent PLC is a leading company in the field of offshore engineering, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Engineering Lead to join our team in Woking. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of engineering deliverables, managing project controls, and interacting with stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of offshore platform design during FEED / detailed design. A Master's degree in engineering with Chartered Status preferred, as well as significant related project engineering management experience, are also required.

As Project Engineering Lead, you will be accountable for setting up projects at the FEED stage, managing design consistency, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables. You will also participate in multi-discipline Engineering Design Reviews and provide input and approval to close out actions. The salary for this position is £130,000 - £160,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
