About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team at Fluke. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling production activities to ensure seamless execution of our manufacturing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with production team leaders to prioritize and schedule manufacturing activities, including build, test, calibration, and shipment priorities.
  • Communicate production plans and capabilities to supporting functions, including finance and customer service, to ensure accurate forecasting and customer expectation management.
  • Prepare and review monthly production plans, including production, sales, and inventory forecasts, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the materials team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in production processes.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to identify and address production gaps and opportunities for improvement.

About Your Team

You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team that is passionate about delivering high-quality products to our customers. Your core team will consist of the master scheduler, production team leaders, production manager, buyer/planners, and technician supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in complex production scheduling and coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
