Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Packaging Technologist to join our New Product Development (NPD) team at Cranswick Country Foods PLC.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement efficient packaging processes for new product launches and line amendments
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets quality and regulatory standards
* Source and evaluate packaging suppliers to meet business needs
* Coordinate artwork approval and printing processes
* Maintain accurate records of packaging costs and supplier information
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology or related field
* 2+ years of experience in packaging development or a related field
* Strong knowledge of packaging materials and processes
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
