About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to engage with residents, support their activities, and enhance their quality of life. As a resident support assistant, you will be working closely with our staff to provide flexible support and companionship to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily tasks and activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Foster a sense of community among residents
We are looking for individuals who are patient, friendly, and caring, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our residents. You will receive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £9.50 per hour. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, we offer a range of benefits, including:
