The Company

Our client is a leading engineering company specializing in Research and Development for the Aerospace sector, providing specialist repairs on electronic, electrical, and mechanical equipment for major clients including Airbus, Boeing, and Bombardier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy team of mechanical and electrical engineers
  • Maintain systems and procedures
  • Plan workload and drive performance/productivity
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £45,000 per annum, plus an excellent bonus scheme and profit share plan. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Friday 8:00am-3:30pm.
