We are seeking a skilled Multimodal Freight Coordinator to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods using various modes of transportation, including air, sea, and land.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery
  • Liaise with carriers, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient movement of goods
  • Monitor and track shipments to provide real-time updates to internal teams and customers
  • Resolve any transportation issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation

Requirements:

  • Air, sea & or road experience is an essential requirement for this role
  • Start to finish operations experience is essential for this position
  • Proficiency in using freight forwarding software
  • Knowledge of customs regulations
  • Must have experience with a UK based freight forwarder
