Job Share Opportunity for Experienced EA

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to our busy CFO in a dynamic real estate company based in Central London.

This is a part-time job share role, working Tues, Wed, and Fri with hours 9-6pm, office-based. The ideal candidate will have previous experience at management/director level and be able to provide administrative support to the CFO and wider team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the CFO and wider team
  • Managing diaries and calendars
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handling correspondence and emails

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for administration, we would love to hear from you.
