Job Title: HSEQ Compliance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled HSEQ Compliance Manager to join our client, a well-established marine and civil engineering contractor.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Location: Commutable from Treforest, Pontypridd, Cardiff, Caerphilly, Newport, Bridgend and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

The HSEQ Compliance Manager will be responsible for companywide HSEQ compliance and management. This includes coordinating HSE audits and risk assessments, as well as ensuring excellent training and progression opportunities for staff.

This role offers autonomy, extensive training through courses and industry qualifications, and the opportunity to progress your career as the head of department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure companywide HSEQ compliance and management
  • Coordinate HSE audits and risk assessments
  • Develop and implement effective HSEQ strategies
  • Provide excellent training and progression opportunities for staff

About You:

  • You will have a strong background in Health and Safety, with experience in a highly regulated industry
