Tax Senior Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior to join our team in Leamington Spa. As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive personal tax services to our clients, working closely with the wider team to manage and oversee a portfolio of clients, prepare accurate personal tax computations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a significant personal tax portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects of portfolio management.
- Prepare and review personal tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
- Oversee junior tax accountants, providing guidance and support as needed, and reviewing their work to ensure high-quality standards.
- Undertake various tax assignments, including complex issues and supporting with advisory work, to deliver tax planning and guidance to clients on a wide range of tax matters.
- Build trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem-solving, and working directly with senior team members to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met across your portfolio.
- Champion professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest tax regulations and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the wider tax team, utilizing resources effectively to maximize client service, and supporting business development by identifying new service lines for your portfolio.

What's On Offer:- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

- Strong IT skills and knowledge, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and project manage, including decision-making, time management, and prioritization.
