About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients, working as part of a Clinical Pharmacy Team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients, including the provision of medication therapy management and clinical pharmacy services.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and reduce healthcare costs.
  • Supervise and mentor junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Diploma/MSc in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Prescribing qualification.
