About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in ensuring the well-being and development of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring every individual child's needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs
  • Taking ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and providing developmentally challenging next steps
  • Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements
  • Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a high-quality service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Level 2 or 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
