The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join their team in Rhyl.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide high-level secretarial services to the Central Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Senior Leadership and Management Team.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with organisations and individuals from outside of the Health Board, providing advice on a wide range of service matters related to the department, and resolving them or referring them to the most appropriate person when necessary.

You will also deal with confidential and sensitive documents/issues, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion at all times. This may include information of a distressing nature.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised and make decisions. You will also possess organisational skills, numeracy and literacy skills, and a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provides an opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a dynamic environment.
