Sterling Cross has partnered with a renowned charity-led London hospital to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join their team as a Speech and Language Therapist Specialist Leader.

This role presents a unique chance to work in a cutting-edge environment, addressing complex HIV-related conditions, and contributing to innovative projects in neurorehabilitation and step-down care.

As a Speech and Language Therapist Specialist Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping therapy strategies, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and driving patient-centered care. You will also have the opportunity to make a positive impact on patients experiencing homelessness and compromised health.

The position is a permanent, part-time (22.5h) one, offering a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working patterns, enhanced annual leave allowance, and professional development opportunities.

To succeed, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Registration with the HCPC as a Speech and Language Therapist;
  • Registration (or eligibility for) with the RCSLT;
  • Evidence of a clinical interest in HIV, neurological, and/or rehabilitation services;
  • Notable experience working at a level equivalent to top NHS AfC Band 6 or higher.
