We are seeking a talented Social Media Content Creator to join our team at BY TERRY. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies to grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and shareable content that showcases our products, tells our brand story, and connects with our audience. You will work closely with our Social Media & Content Manager to shape our strategies for these channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand video content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly on TikTok, to inform content strategy and creation.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Work together with the Social Media Manager to monitor and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative content ideas that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, particularly on TikTok.
  • Strong creative skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera (participating in videos and TikTok lives).

Preferred:

  • Experience creating content in the beauty sector is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of other social media platforms (e.g., YouTube shorts and Pinterest) is a plus.
