Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner Scheduler to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for optimizing service and support planning, assignment, and dispatching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and manage the service schedule in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Plan and communicate with customers and internal teams confirming appointments and action plans.
  • Assign and dispatch field agents with the right skills to a work order and in line with SLA's.
  • Ensure field agents are equipped with required parts to perform field service visits.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the service teams, including coordinating all types of field activities.
  • Identify resource needs/shortages/excesses and implement process and KPI improvements.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to provide input for spare parts planning, orders, and delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have at least 3 years of experience in project management, field engineer scheduling, and customer service. You will also have a high level of skill in the Microsoft Suite of packages, CRM (Salesforce), and SAP. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team.
