Regional Mental Health Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Mental Health Team Lead to join our team at Lifeway's Group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead our mental health services across the region, making a real difference in the lives of our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead a team of area managers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to our service users.
- To work closely with our local leadership team to develop and implement strategies that improve the quality of our services and achieve business improvements.
- To manage multi-site teams, embedding consistent standards and quality across all sites.
- To drive up quality, health & safety, and compliance, ensuring we meet all CQC regulatory requirements.
- To have a track record of leading business improvements, developing, implementing, and completing remedial action plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, nursing).
- Proven experience in managing services for adults with complex needs (acquired brain injury, learning disability, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health).
- Experience of working in a leadership role, managing multiple sites, and driving business improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
