About the Role
- Lead the in-patient services team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve key performance indicators.
- Line manage and develop the team, ensuring effective recruitment, induction, and training processes.
- Manage complaints and patient feedback, adhering to the hospital's policy and procedures.
- Implement efficient stock management systems and work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Embed Clinical Governance and risk management practices within daily operations.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with NMC pin and experience in an acute environment.
- Proven Clinical Management experience, ideally on a busy surgical ward.
- Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge.
- Experience working in a private hospital setting is highly desirable.
- Ward Manager experience is essential, with the ability to hit the ground running.
