Nursery Teacher for Children with Special Needs

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Teacher to join our team at Aspire People, working in a nursery in Brownhills. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to children with suspected additional needs, promoting their academic, social, and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, adapting to meet the needs of children with SEND.
- Collaborate with the nursery team to develop and implement effective support plans.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress.
- Qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., BA Hons Early Years Education) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or similar environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
- Knowledge of relevant teaching methodologies and resources.
- Desirable qualifications in special educational needs.
