Job Responsibilities:- Provide individualized tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Develop personalized learning plans based on students' needs
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the student's education
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Key Skills:- Understanding of the UK education system
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
- Experience with specific SEN conditions such as Autism or Dyslexia
- Work primarily in a learner's home setting
- May require travel to different locations within the East of England

All pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of becoming permanent at a later date.
