Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will work in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of client-centered care. This is a casual opportunity, with hours not guaranteed and shifts may be at short notice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate client care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Ensure the delivery of client-centered care by assisting individual clients and their families respond to changing health care needs
- Demonstrate a specialized body of knowledge and base practice on nursing science and related content from other sciences and humanities
