Financial Accountant

Meraki Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and accurate financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the finance team in driving the delivery, utilisation and efficiency of financial processes and resources.
- Prepare and review financial reports under IFRS/UK GAAP, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- ICAS/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
