Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in a leading care home in London. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Manage Nursing Care Teams: Supervise and coordinate the work of nursing staff, ensuring that care plans are implemented and residents receive the best possible care.
  2. Monitor and Evaluate Care Standards: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure that care standards are met, and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Develop and Implement Care Plans: Work with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs.
  4. Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Liaise with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.
  5. Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that the care home complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to health and safety, infection control, and data protection.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications and Experience: A registered nurse with a current active NMC Pin and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of nursing care principles, policies, and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  4. Personal Qualities: A caring and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
