Natterbox Limited is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join their team in the United Kingdom.

About the Role

This is a key position within our Customer Success Team, and you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer experience is of the highest standard. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive positive change and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. You will act as the voice of the customer across key company projects, ensuring all decisions made are customer-centric.

  2. Help define and iteratively deliver our ideal customer journey, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  3. Drive change within the business by working closely with multiple departments and collaborating with senior leaders.

  4. Support the delivery of our 2024 Global Customer Advisory Board Programme, working closely with the Executive Team.

  5. Work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver our Customer Communications Programme.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

  2. Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Success Tools (training will be provided).

  3. A natural ability to build relationships, network internally and externally, and drive change within the business.

  4. At least 4 years' experience in a similar customer-focused role.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist in the UK.

  • 25 days annual leave increasing to 30 days after 2 years.

  • Private health insurance after probation.
