Construction Project Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Planned Works division in the Crawley area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input into and programming of works, including short-term programming.
- Manage operatives, sub-contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality control and health and safety.
- Attend pre and post-inspection works, advising on appropriate action and job requirements.
- Carry out weekly site progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.
- Ensure completed job packs are sent to the Project Manager, including completion details for swift invoicing.
Requirements:
- Full accreditation in asbestos awareness and scaffold inspections.
- SMSTS certification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Valid first aid certificate.
About You:
We are looking for a skilled Site Manager with a successful track record in internal and external planned maintenance works. You will be an effective communicator with a positive approach to site leadership. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and set deadlines.
