Veterinary Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Veterinary Team Lead to join our team at bvsjobs.co - Jobboard. As a Lead Vet, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our veterinary team and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for small animal surgery. You will have the chance to work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the growth and development of our team.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of UK (or equivalent) small animal experience, practicing to a very high standard using an evidence-based approach. You will be comfortable working in a 4-day week pattern, including 1:3 Saturdays.
Our attractive salary package includes:
- A base salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
- 5 weeks' annual leave plus bank holidays
- 4-day working week with 1:3 weekends
- 4 weeks' paid sabbatical after each 5 years of service
- Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay
- £1,500 CPD Allowance plus 3 days CPD leave (FTE)
