About the Role:

As a Christmas Support Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales floor team during the busy Christmas period.

You will work closely with colleagues to ensure that customers receive a fast and friendly service, helping them to find the perfect products and providing expert knowledge about our amazing range.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a great communicator, able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and efficient demeanor even on the busiest days.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile for their team and customers.

Key responsibilities include working on the sales floor, processing deliveries, supporting colleagues and communicating effectively with customers and managers.

This is a temporary, flexible opportunity to join our NEXT team and make a real difference to our customers' shopping experience.

What's Next

We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop your skills, we want to hear from you.

Estimated salary: £10.50 per hour (dependent on location)

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
