About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer / Solicitor to join our dynamic Residential Conveyancing team in Lincoln. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while advancing your caseload with unwavering support from our administrative, technical, and post-completions teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build, transfer of equity, and mortgaging.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Collaborate with our administrative and technical teams to ensure timely completion of transactions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and success.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in residential conveyancing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in a range of software applications, including conveyancing systems and Microsoft Office.
