Production Horticulturist

We are looking for a highly skilled Production Horticulturist to join our team at Weleda (UK) Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our 13-acre site, ensuring that it meets production, marketing, and staff welfare needs. This includes growing medicinal plants to Demeter standard, applying biodynamic preparations and stirs, and ensuring all equipment is kept safe and tidy.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience working in a professional, productive year-round garden or farm, with a good understanding of plant propagation, growth, and cultivation for perennials, annuals, and biennials. You will also need competence in general organic or biodynamic gardening skills, garden machinery operation, and strict manufacturing guidelines adherence.

Job Requirements:

• A driving license to operate tractors and company vans.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing weather conditions and company needs.

Working Conditions: Our site is located in the UK and operates year-round. The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
