Law Firm Secretary

**Job Role:**
This role involves providing administrative support to our solicitors and partners in our Family Department. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files, managing diaries and schedules, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality administrative support to our solicitors and partners
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Manage diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- At least 6 months of experience working within a family and/or care team
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- Ability to type at least 60 wpm
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
