Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe and effective care for Level 2/3 patients in the ICU Continuously assess and reassess patients' health and wellbeing needs within a dynamic caseload Support the delivery of individualized care to meet patients' health and wellbeing requirements Handle complex and sensitive information with care and confidentiality Provide high-standard care to patients following cardiothoracic, orthopaedic, and general surgical procedures Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Team to plan person-centred care Maintain effective communication and accurate documentation at all timesIdeal Candidate:
Registered with the NMC Previous ICU experience is essential ICU certification is preferred or a willingness to pursue it Experience in cardiothoracic care is advantageous but not mandatory Strong communication skills are requiredBenefits:
