We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Company Commercial Lawyer to join our team at Legal Southwest. As a leading law firm in the Southwest region, we provide effective legal advice to individuals and businesses across the UK.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that offers fantastic career progression opportunities with no limits on what can be achieved for the right person. The successful candidate will conduct a caseload of files for clients including company commercial work for sole traders, partners, directors, and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a caseload of files for clients including company commercial work for sole traders, partners, directors, and shareholders.
  • Work under supervision where required, and be receptive to constructive criticism.
  • Build a good rapport with clients and colleagues through excellent communication skills.
  • Be commercially savvy with a good understanding of company/commercial work, and empathetic to the needs of commercial clients.
  • Be fully conversant with Word, Outlook, and Excel, and used to working with computerized case management systems.
