About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator to join our team at Crescent Specialist Recruitment - CSR NI Ltd. As an ambitious company, we are looking for the best personnel in the industry to work on exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven track record as an Estimator with experience using latest estimating software
  • Comfortable and experienced with site visits
  • Ability to work alongside senior management as well as independently within a busy MEP Contractor
  • Sound working knowledge of up to date building regulations and coding
  • Complete take-offs from drawings/information provided
  • Full document control on each tender
  • Liaise with subcontractors/suppliers to gain competitive quotations
  • Produce quantified schedule of rates
