About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Sales Consultant to join our team at Village Hotels - Maidstone. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques and a passion for leisure and fitness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet potential new members, understanding their individual needs and wants to tailor our services and facilities to meet their expectations.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our membership packages and services, ensuring a perfect match for each customer.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all members and guests.
