Childcare Supervisor

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to supervise our pupils during after-school hours at Repton School. As a vital part of our school community, this role involves providing a safe and nurturing environment that promotes socialization, emotional intelligence, and academic success.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. A commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of pupils during designated hours (Monday to Friday, 3:30pm to 6:30pm)
• Engage with pupils through games, activities, and discussions that promote socialization and learning
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively
