The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Events Experience Manager to join our team at NCC Group. As a key member of our global events team, you will be responsible for transforming our events capabilities to improve our ability to build strategic client relationships and create passionate advocates.

This role will act as the centre of excellence for event management, responsible for the central management and delivery of events for the cyber business on a global basis. You will work closely with regional marketing teams on the planning, organisation and successful execution of events and conferences for clients to enhance NCC Group's brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global events strategy to drive business growth and improve client relationships
  • Design and deliver engaging brand experiences to bring Cyber to life and engage key stakeholders across our business
  • Manage event technology, production and project management globally, working with colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality events and consistent client experience
  • Lead the design, development and maintenance of event management best practices and support colleagues in execution and delivery of common event processes
  • Develop and maintain a global events calendar of industry events, company-led events and strategic relationship events
  • Manage a broad set of stakeholders at all levels, including senior Government figures and c-suite clients

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in events strategy and delivery
  • Ability to establish and design an events strategy and events calendar
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with designers and creative to elevate the brand experience
  • Ability to manage budgets and supplier strategy and management
  • Project management skills
