Overview

We are working with a client who specializes in residential developments and are currently recruiting for an experienced gatekeeper/labourer in Exeter, Devon.

Duties

  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel and vehicles are permitted entry
  • Communicate effectively with site visitors and staff
  • Perform general site maintenance and upkeep tasks
  • Assist with the management of site security and safety protocols

Requirements
