About the Role

In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing lines. You will work a 3 shift pattern and report directly to the Site Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks to guarantee the smooth functioning of manufacturing lines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronise production schedules.

  • Support measures to reduce production downtime and maintain operational superiority.
Essential Requirements
  • You must hold a relevant qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or BTEC Level 3 in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • You should possess experience in maintenance roles within the FMCG sector, preferably in the food industry.
  • You should showcase exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards maintenance.
