About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a modern-style practice on an upward trajectory, offering a fresh perspective on traditional consultancy methods. The successful candidate will work on various new build and refurbishment projects, including a landmark listed building project in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as Employers Agent when needed, chairing meetings and demonstrating leadership skills to lead project teams.
  • Manage the delivery of pre- and post-contract services, including cost variance control, valuation processes, and final account negotiation.
  • Assist in the management of multiple demands and prioritize effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, and experience working through the APC. A salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum is estimated for this position, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
