The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to estimate costs, quantities, and project timelines.
  2. Identify and mitigate commercial risks to ensure project success.
  3. Assign work to subcontractors and manage relationships.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A construction-related qualification and a strong understanding of NEC contracts.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with a highways maintenance and traffic management background.
