- Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food retail environment, with a strong understanding of food safety and quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage kitchen costs and optimize profitability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.00-£14.50, depending on experience.
