We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team at our 5-star, award-winning restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes that showcase our unique culinary ethos.

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation.
• Supervise and train junior staff to ensure quality control and adherence to hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal menus that highlight local produce.
• Manage inventory and source high-quality ingredients to maintain sustainable practices.
